Solid state contactors are used wherever frequent switching and precise switching times are required or harsh industrial environments exist. For example, for control valves, production machine, heaters, conveyor systems, lighting units etc.
The three-phase device product range comprises the performance classes 1 kW to 4 kW the input side, the devices can be triggered with low capacity directly from the PLC, for example. Voltages between 24V DC and 230V AC types can be selected as the control voltage.
The Four Function In One Solid state contractor As follows.
Switching: Using the Three-Phase Solid State CONTACTRON Electronic load relay, motors corresponding to 1 kW -4kW can be switched upon.
Reversing : Three – phase electronic load and reversing load relays have an integrated locking circuits hence reversing loads be easily wired for applications such as control valves, slides, switching points, ship steering gears etc.
Emergency Stop: Three-Phase electronic reversing load relay also combines Emergency Stop Contractor up to Category 3 thus safe applications can be realized easily without the additional need for any Safety Contractor.
Motor Protection: Using the three – phase electronic load and reversing relay the motor protection is designed and wired as simple as possible. Functions relevant with current monitoring for overloading are realized by the Electronic load Relay without any external separate overload protection component.
